A real website, AI assistant, or automation — built and live in days.
Loadbearing is a one-person, AI-native dev studio. I'm Jameel — I build production-grade work with Claude Code on free-tier infrastructure, so you get agency-level quality at a fraction of agency price, with the code sitting in your own accounts when I'm done. No team, no overhead, no 12-week timeline.
Built by one engineer, not around one.
An agency's cost structure pays for the team around the work. This is just the work.
Live in days, not months
A one-page site ships in 3 business days. A full site ships in 5–7. Compare that to the 6–12 week timeline most local agencies quote.
You own every line of it
Your site, chatbot, and automations deploy in your own GitHub and hosting accounts — not a platform you rent. Nothing held hostage.
One flat price, no drip
Every package is a fixed quote, not an hourly clock or a marketplace fee stacked on top. No forced monthly retainer to stay online.
AI that actually does something
A chatbot build is a real assistant trained on your services and pricing, qualifying leads — not a widget that answers nothing.
Fixed-scope packages. No hourly clock.
Every price below is what it costs, start to finish — not a floor that grows once we start talking.
Foundation
$850–$1,400A real, live website in 3 business days — not a placeholder page.
- One custom-designed page: hero, services, about, proof, contact
- Fully responsive, deployed on fast hosting, under 2s mobile load
- Contact form wired to your email — no monthly form-tool fee
- Custom domain + SSL, basic SEO, analytics installed
- Full source in your own GitHub repo — you hold the keys
Frame
$1,900–$3,200The full site — five to eight pages, designed and built in a week.
- 5–8 custom pages: Home, About, Services, Gallery, Pricing, FAQ, Contact
- Local-business SEO schema + Search Console setup
- Booking/contact forms wired to email, sheet, or Calendly
- Content editable later without touching code
- 30-minute handoff call walking through everything
Front Desk
$950–$1,900An AI assistant that answers questions and books work while you're on a job.
- Custom AI chat assistant embedded on your site, built on Claude
- Trained on your actual services, pricing, hours, and FAQs
- Lead-qualification flow — only real leads reach you
- Human escalation: email/text alert when it hits a hard question
- No monthly chatbot-SaaS subscription
Conveyor
$750–$1,600The manual busywork — gone, running in the background.
- Automation of 1–3 workflows you choose (lead alerts, form logging, reminders)
- Every submission logged automatically under your own account
- Error-alerting so a broken automation fails loudly, not silently
- One-page runbook so you can adjust it yourself
Care Plan — optional, month-to-month, cancel anytime
Essential ($150/mo): uptime monitoring, up to 1 hour of updates/month, monthly analytics snapshot. Growth ($350/mo): up to 3 hours of updates, automation health-checks, same-day priority response. Every package above is complete and fully functional without it — this exists for clients who'd rather not think about their site again.
Four steps. Three checkpoints. No meetings about meetings.
Kickoff call
A short call to figure out what you actually need — site, chatbot, automation, or a mix — and what you already have. This sets scope and price before anything gets built.
I build it
Real production code, written with Claude Code, deployed continuously to a preview link. You're looking at a working draft within days, not a mockup.
You review, I fix it
You get a live preview link. Send notes, revisions turn around within 48 hours. Nothing ships until you're actually happy with it.
It goes live — and it's yours
The final build goes live on your domain, under your own accounts, with a handoff call walking through how it all works.
From brand kits to full builds.
I spent the last few years working under the name Jameel The Designer — brand identities, social kits, the occasional Squarespace build for clients who needed something that looked good fast. Good work, but I kept watching the same thing happen: a client would get a logo and a brand kit from me, then either pay an agency five figures and wait three months for a website, or drag themselves through a DIY builder they'd never actually finish.
Then Claude Code showed up, and the math changed. I could take the same design instincts I'd been using for years and pair them with an AI coding agent that writes real, production code — actual deployments, actual backend logic — at a speed no six-person agency structure can match, because there's no team to coordinate and no meetings about the meeting.
Loadbearing is that shift, made into a business. Still one person accountable for every deliverable, start to finish — but with an engineer's toolset now, not just a designer's. No bigger story than that, and no team standing behind it — just me, and I'm the one who answers when you email.
At a glance
Questions worth asking before you hire anyone.
Is the AI chatbot actually good, or just a gimmick bolted onto the site?
It's built on Claude, the same model I use to write your code, trained specifically on your business — services, pricing, hours, and FAQs. It qualifies leads before handing off, and escalates to you the moment it hits a question it can't answer, so it's never guessing in front of a customer. You also get a conversation log so you can see exactly what people are asking.
Who actually owns the site and the code once it's live?
You do — all of it. Every project ships in your own GitHub repository and deploys under your own free-tier hosting account. I operate it for you, but the keys are yours from day one.
What happens if I don't like the first draft?
Every package includes at least one round of revisions, turned around within 48 hours of your notes. You're looking at a working draft early, not a static mockup, so surprises are rare. If it's still not right, we talk it through until it is.
How fast is "fast," really?
A single-page site goes from kickoff to live in 3 business days. A full 5–8 page site takes 5–7. A chatbot or automation runs 3–5 days. The clock starts once I have your logo, copy, and photos in hand.
This is a lot cheaper than the agency quote I got — what's the catch?
No catch, just no overhead. A traditional agency's quote pays for salaries, an office, project managers, and a sales layer between you and the person actually doing the work. I'm one person using an AI coding agent to do in days what used to take a team weeks.
Something needs to be live soon. Let's build it.
Tell me what you're working with — a new site, a chatbot fielding your DMs, a workflow you're tired of doing by hand — and I'll reply within a business day with a fixed price and a real start date. No sales call required unless you want one.
